For masala : All masala mix and dry roast for 2 minutes,then masala cool grind well make a powder and store in airtight container.
For chana: Chana wash and soaked at overnight. Then chana boil with little salt.
Take a wok add oil,then oil heat add garlic paste till saute add onion paste and ginger paste saute for golden brown add all dry ingredients and tomato puree saute for 5 minutes .
After 5 minutes add chana saute at 5 minutes.
After saute add leftover chana soup make a gravy as u like.
Boil for 5 minutes add kasuri methi. Chana s ready.
For rice: Take rice wash and soaked for 1 hour.
After one hour take a vessel add 6 glass of water,water boil add rice and salt boiled at slow heat
After 10 minutes rice r soft then water drain.
Rice r ready .Then plating tym take a plate add rice and chana serve hot hot.
